This management company is the worst! They don't provide an adequate amount of heat in the winter. There is a serious vermin problem. I have to place glue traps outside of my apt door. I took them to Housing Court for the most minor repairs & they still chose to ignore the court ordered stipulation. The Supt is abusive. I've been acosted by him on multiple occasions because I complained of loud music coming from parties he held in the basement. They play him the messages I leave & he confronts me. I've been assaulted physically & verbally by him. I had to contact an atty & he still hasn't left me alone. These people are atrocious, unrighteous & inhumane.

The apartments and building are a disgrace.. Management is EXTREMELY neglectful and only cares about getting their rent. If you have questions or concerns they don’t pick up the phone, but sure know how to contact your when you leave. Building is infested with roaches and cigarette smoke from neighbors. If you have small children or care about your well being don’t rent from this place. We have lived here for a few years, and have had enough. You can find better management companies and better buildings that care about tenants.

If you have questions or concerns they don’t pick up the phone, but sure know how to contact your when you leave. Building is infested with roaches and cigarette smoke from neighbors. If you have small children or care about your well being don’t rent from this place. We have lived here for a few years, and have had enough. You can find better management companies and better buildings that care about tenants.

I sent in an application for an apartment, they asked for so much details about my personal life and I provided everything. The lady that reviews the documents is a stuck up person. And think she knows it all I provided everything + a guarantor and stills did not get accepted. They don’t know what their doing.

The apartments and building are barely maintained. Management is very negligent and disregards unhealthy hazardous conditions. Nobody wears masks in or around the building and the management could care less about the safety or upkeep of the building or residents.
