This is a specific good review for Pamela Sotomayor, she was an amazing amazing broker that gave me hopes there's still good people in the housing business. She was early at our appointment, gave me a complete and detailed tour through the apartment, even took me to the rooftop that was four floors up. Besides that she was sincere about the place, the location, and the landlord.I can't say too much about the company because it was all virtual, but it's good they hire people like Pamela that like the job they do.

Valerie was terrific! Her communication was great, many times getting back to me late at night. She was a reassuring when we had questions. She took her time with us. She was always nice. She found my son and his two roommates a really great place. This is the third time looking for a new apartment for my son, and this was BY FAR the easiest experience thanks to Valerie and Doorway. Very professional, and I wish I could tell everyone about them bc it would make the apartment hunting experience a lot easier for a lot of people.

Absolutely awful experience with Doorway.Dan took our deposit for 78 beaver st. after assuring us we were a shoo-in for the apartment — then completely ghosted us. We made it clear we had to move by mid-month, and they left us hanging for over a week, giving us just 5 days to scramble and find a new place.No one ever contacted our references or landlords, despite our excellent credit, income, and rental history. When I finally got someone on the phone, they confused me for another client. Then Dan tried to gaslight me into believing I had already been told we were rejected — I hadn’t. And still, we’ve never been given a real reason why.They ignored texts and emails. Their voicemail was full. The whole experience was disorganized, shady, and felt discriminatory.Avoid Doorway — and Dan — at all costs. Completely unprofessional and not to be trusted.
