Well let’s start with a building on 2955 Shell road in Brooklyn, I found wonderful real estate agent who was so polite and knowledgeable, so I saw the apartment and I was agree to lease it, they requested me pay $350 application fee plus $40 for 2 credit checks, they checked my background and I got approved but unfortunately after 2 business days I renounced to lease that apartment, and requested my $350 application fee, but office refused to refund me my $350, I spoke with Mariam, to be honest she is very polite and nice, but company policy is double standardized, so please don’t lease anything from this realty!
