To start right before we moved into our apartment they raised our rent by $150 and said the landlord wouldn’t give us the apartment if we didn’t agree to the price. They never finished the backyard area and it’s now riddled with overgrown weeds. They raised our rent just to never put any upkeep into the building. The walls and steps in the building stairwell look terrible. The cleaning crew stopped coming weekly and when they do decide to show up which is maybe once a month, they only clean the first floor leaving the other 3 disgusting. Even upon maintenance requests, they don’t get cleaned. Then there’s the issue of theft in the building by a resident that has been causing a great disturbance. When I called the building manager about it, surprisingly he knew who the usual culprit was (the disturbing resident) and has taken no action to remove them from the building, did not install any new security nor have they sent out any communication to the rest of the residents alerting us of the matters at hand. We’ve told this company that we do not feel safe here and were met with hostility and no action on their part. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY— DO NOT RENT PROPERTY WITH THEM.

After staying in one of their buildings and complained about safety Joel from the leasing team decides to yell at me about the ring footage of multiple men attempting to break a entering of my neighbors place. Within the first three months my apartment roof was leaking from the first and bottom floor with no resolve. Buildings aren’t kept though prices increase.Save your money. Save your time. and Save your PEACE.
