One can’t help but feel that is the description that would be used regarding our experience with the agent from this branch. From the moment we went to look at the open house and even went back to the second one, he couldn’t be bothered to show up and sent others who had no information, nor did they want to help when asked questions.After we made an offer he continued to be deceptive and extremely unhelpful to us and our agent as a buyer, using different excuses and lies to our agent.Finally at our closing, what a surprise! He wasn’t even present to represent his seller. Yes that describes the word I opened with. I would love to have a job where I got paid to do nothing. It taught me how bad some agents are and who I would never use or recommend , so thank you!

After Ms. Salerno posted a listing on Facebook, I contacted her but did not receive a response but she did read my message. Following this, I reviewed publicly available feedback regarding Ms. Salerno's interactions and observed a pattern suggesting a preference for engaging with individuals who identify as white.Subsequently, I reviewed Ms. Salerno's public Facebook profile and noted content expressing strong political opinions. It is concerning to encounter what appears to be a correlation between an individual's professional conduct and their personal political affiliations, particularly when it suggests potential bias based on race. Such behavior is unprofessional and raises concerns about equitable treatment. I believe it is important for companies to be aware of conduct that could indicate discriminatory practices.
April 17 · Kimberly JMy family is having a very challenging time with the Jimmy Singh brothers.Initially, they obtained signatures from my parents to sell their home without clearly explaining the terms of engagement and termination prior to signing. They later said, in fact, it was a "standard 6-month contract," when in reality, it was a 9-month contract, and when we asked about the process of termination, the agent said, "I don't know, I'll ask, and get back to you." And we never received any information. As we tried to make the best out of the situation, Jimmy then sent an initial MLS draft of our home, which he said was based on his notes, that not only falsely represented the features of our home but missed several key factors. We are in the process of requesting for termination, and we clearly stated he no longer want to work with him due to repeated miscommunication, lack of transparency, and lack of literacy. Even though he told us he would release the contract, it has been delayed, and there has been a lack of communication and transparency, again. This has been extraordinarily stressful not only for my parents and selling their beloved home in Laurel Hollow for the past several decades but for all of us as a family.Update: Several hours after this post, and after several unanswered calls and messages to the realty and the agent, we finally got a response from the broker, saying they would resolve the issue and release the contract. Without acknowledging the lack of timely responses or addressing the core issues of the situation, the broker stated he read this review also requested I take down it because "it makes the firm look bad."I am grateful to Google for the opportunity for clients and consumers to share their experiences with honesty. My intent in writing is to raise awareness of what happened for professional growth and development and advocate for my family so this doesn't happen to others. So I ask, what does the request to delete my review of our experience say?
