What I received was a complete operational and customer service failure.The office I was assigned had no working HVAC or ventilation, with indoor temperatures exceeding 80°F and no functioning thermostat—despite clear assurances to the contrary during the sales process. The space was uninhabitable, yet it took multiple escalations and over two weeks just to get a usable alternative. Even then, no rent credit was offered for the disruption.The facility itself is in disrepair—broken door locks, stained kitchen appliances, and a general sense of neglect. More troubling has been the pattern of unauthorized charges and confusing, error-filled invoices. I've been double-billed, charged for services I never requested, and had to chase down basic corrections for weeks. My time has been wasted managing issues that should never have occurred in the first place.To their credit, some individuals (like the area manager) tried to help once I escalated directly to corporate leadership (CEO). But the systemic issues—from poor infrastructure and lack of transparency to billing chaos—make Regus a risky choice for any business owner or professional.Regus may have a big name, but the experience here fell far short of what their brand promises. Proceed with caution—and expect to do more firefighting than actual work.

DO NOT rent this address from Regus!!! Google has banned this address due to quality so you will not be able to register with Google. The staff provides no assistance (even when requesting a cancellation within 24 hours).Don't make the same mistake as me.

One of my least favorite Regus offices. Small lounge, spotty WiFi, and staff that still managed to seem less than interested even while saying all the right things. With several other Regus offices within a few blocks I can't see why anyone would use this one.
