The space was uninhabitable, yet it took multiple escalations and over two weeks just to get a usable alternative. Even then, no rent credit was offered for the disruption.The facility itself is in disrepair—broken door locks, stained kitchen appliances, and a general sense of neglect. More troubling has been the pattern of unauthorized charges and confusing, error-filled invoices. I've been double-billed, charged for services I never requested, and had to chase down basic corrections for weeks. My time has been wasted managing issues that should never have occurred in the first place.To their credit, some individuals (like the area manager) tried to help once I escalated directly to corporate leadership (CEO).
