I have had a terrible experience with my broker from Manhattan spaces. Matthew Hars has lied and ignored us over our 2 year lease. We loved the Apt. but had. To deal with Matthew as the owner (Samantha Zhang) failed to leave an email, phone or correct address.We moved out of the Apt. 6 weeks ago and Matthew refused to return our deposit. He has lied to us about sending it out and after agreeing to send it out( again) 5 days ago, we still don’t have it. In fact when I asked about it tonight, he threatened me.Avoid doing business with this man at any expense. He will lie and deceive you at every opportunity. Matthew is the worst person I have ever done business with.
