We had started working with her in June of 2023, she was kind enough to come over the same day and take a look at our house. She was incredibly complimentary but also extremely honest about what we had to do to make our house appealing in the current market. She gave some great suggestions and we went right to work with them. She had very reasonable expectations and advised us how to make financially sound decisions to get the most return on our investment. The original plan was to sell in the July time frame. Unfortunately the job that my wife was pursuing, and the plan to move didn’t work out. Despite the disappointment of not moving, we kept in touch with Lori and followed up with months later when my wife received another offer.This time, everything was set in stone and we were extremely willing to work with Lori. She was so thoughtful and caring of our time. She answered all of calls within 24 hours. She gave us some great guidance regarding pricing and comps in the neighborhood. She talked us through the whole process and recommended some great lawyers and an amazing photographer to work with. We couldn’t have been happier.She organized an amazing three-day open house that had attracted hundreds of people to our house. She was so well organized and ensured that our house was well taken care of. Interested buyers wore booties, and she had a team of agents working with her to keep an eye on things and ensure that everyone was respectful of the property. She helped us stage the house and ensure that there was considerable interest.After days of hard work, she helped us determine the best buyers for our home. June 16 · Raja KI have nothing against the realtor who listed the house. I bought a home in Kings Park that was a flip. My best advice …. Ask if a renovated home is a flip and if it is, RUN, RUN, RUN. I am in for thousands of dollars for shoddy work behind walls that home inspections couldn’t see. The woman who flipped the house cut corners in so many ways just to make money and taking zero pride in her work. There was no insulation behind walls and the pipes froze as soon as it got cold. It is freezing in my home and I haven’t had water for days until I can get the house insulated. Also, pay extra for a cesspool inspection….inspection companies don’t do that either. Mine promptly collapsed 2 days after the pipes froze. THOUSANDS of $$ for repairs. Again, I have nothing against the agent but I think the company itself should be more selective about working with this house flipper. I am going to a hotel after cesspool is replaced today. Only so many days one can go without a shower or flushing toilets. If a house from this company is a flip, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAM.
