For local residents, the office is easily accessible by various public transportation options, including several subway lines and bus routes. The 50th Street subway station, serving the C and E lines, and the 59th Street – Columbus Circle station, a major hub for the A, C, B, D, 1, and 2 lines, are both within a comfortable walking distance. This central location ensures that clients can easily visit the office for in-person appointments, which are a key part of the agency’s service model.
The accessibility of their office is a significant advantage for New York users who prefer face-to-face interactions when discussing leases, property viewings, or any concerns they may have. Being in a well-trafficked and central area also makes it convenient for potential tenants to combine an office visit with a tour of properties in the surrounding neighborhoods. The neighborhood itself is a blend of residential buildings, commercial spaces, and entertainment venues, reflecting the diverse nature of New York City’s real estate market.
Centennial Properties NY offers a range of services designed to address various real estate needs in the New York market. Based on publicly available information, their services include:

This feature allows prospective tenants to view a property from anywhere, saving time and helping them narrow down their options before an in-person visit.

These features suggest a hybrid service model that blends digital efficiency with traditional, personal customer service. The availability of onsite services, in particular, can provide a sense of security and trust for clients who prefer to handle important transactions in a physical location. This approach recognizes that while technology simplifies many aspects of real estate, personal interaction and expert guidance remain invaluable.

The agency's offerings of online appointments and onsite services also provide a degree of flexibility and accessibility that can be valuable. For New Yorkers navigating the complex real estate landscape, an agency with a defined set of services and a physical presence can be a reassuring choice. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you’re considering renting from Centennial Properties NY, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction. My experience as a tenant in one of their properties — 382 E 10th St — was a complete disaster from start to finish, and the company’s response was as negligent as it was dismissive. I’m speaking directly to Isabella Aharon, and the entire management team who seem to specialize in ghosting tenants rather than addressing real issues. Here’s what happened:We went without a refrigerator for nearly a full month before vacating on June 30, 2025. From June 2 onward, we had no working refrigeration, despite repeated requests for repair or replacement. Food spoiled. We spent hundreds eating out and were eventually forced to buy our own mini fridge just to survive the month. We even had HPD inspect the unit, and they verified the refrigerator was nonfunctional. Centennial still didn’t act.We sent notice of non-renewal and vacated on time after a walkthrough. And yet? No security deposit returned, even well past the 14-day legal deadline under NYC law. As of writing this, it’s been over three weeks. We’ve sent multiple emails. Nothing. Total radio silence.Let me be clear: this company routinely violates tenant rights. They delay or completely ignore maintenance requests, fail to return security deposits within the legal timeframe, and do not communicate — ever. Google reviews and BBB complaints paint the same picture, and now we’re just another name on that list. We’re currently pursuing legal action, including filing in small claims court and submitting complaints to the Attorney General and NYC’s HPD and DCA. Centennial’s pattern of abuse is well-documented. If you’re experiencing the same thing, I recommend you do the same. This isn’t just a bad landlord. This is a company that banks on people giving up. We won’t.Look up lawsuits against them and Steven Crowman their owner.I would also like to add that Carlos, the super, was absolutely amazing. Despite being halted at every turn by a billionaire and his company, Carlos provided some of the most thoughtful and prompt maintenance we’ve ever experienced. He often shared in our frustration, doing everything he could within the limits forced on him.
July 25 · MasonFOR EVERYONE MISSING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT:Show up in person to their office and request for your security deposit back. They’ll probably have you make an appointment to pick up the physical check but this is the only way you’ll ever see your money again. I went in two months after my lease ended and the lady at the office told me my deposit wasn’t even processed - but I made my appointment and lo and behold I finally have my check two months and a week later. The lady processing the checks is new but was very efficient and understanding so I would give her some grace.
September 03 · Liesl and RolfAvoid centennial properties at all costs. The do not manage any of the maintenance requests (8 unanswered requests our first year). The live in super is a scam, occasionally he stops by the building but there isn’t actually one per building. We moved out in June and are still yet to receive our security deposit back (end of august currently). They also jacked up our rent $1000 per month during the renewal period. Nothing in the area warrants that cost and they are still yet to rent the unit. Terrible experience all around

She once told me if I don’t stop reaching out to she was planning to kill herself. I hope she is okay. Unfortunately that is the type of person who resolves all matters at the company.Best luck spend a little more or barter to pay nothing with these people.
September 04 · Chris ACount your days Centennial. I and everyone else missing security deposits will be getting them.Doesn’t answer emails and no longer answers my calls. Someone answered put me on hold and then hung up. After that no one would answer.During lease I dealt with my neighbors bathtub draining into my kitchen which they took months to fix. Had to legally threaten just to get my mail key. You never know who the super is since they change so much. Had a cardboard ceiling in kitchen until the last two months of my lease.DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Even for nyc it’s an absolute nightmare. You will cry at least once a month.Been a month and they won’t communicate about my security deposit. Completely have ghosted me.UPDATE**go to the office and sit your butt there until they give you that check. Might take an hour might take two hours but it’s the only way you will get it back. Spend an hour observing them in that office and you will understand why none of us have our checks. Finally got mine…good luck everyone
