When considering a coworking or office space, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons based on your personal needs. For some, The Yard: Columbus Circle may be an excellent fit due to its flexible options and prime location. What is worth choosing about this space is its ability to serve multiple purposes. The variety of plans, from private offices to dedicated desks, allows for a high degree of customization, which can be a major benefit in a market where one-size-fits-all solutions rarely work.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is very noisy. If you have frequent meetings, it's not a suitable environment. Even if you rent a private room, you'll still need to book a meeting room because conversations can be heard clearly, and others may complain.Additionally, the printer was recently replaced, and it's quite inconvenient. You must enter an 8-digit code every time to release a print job. It only supports double-sided printing—single-sided printing is not allowed. If you rely on printing, this place may not meet your needs.
April 30 · vivian miuIt's fine, but it costs as much as the nicer WeWork with none of the amenities. Shortage of desk/table type spaces, weird kitchen (no clearly marked milk for coffee station??? Got scolded for using milk from the fridge after the guy at the desk said use the milk in the fridge). Don't love the layout if you're just there for a "desk." No phone booths, so everyone is walking around talking on the phone, including people with private offices, so kind of noisy. Lots of junk and trash all over the place, which honestly was a bit weird. Probably best if you are having a meeting or you love noise canceling headphones and are not bothered by so much ambient talking/noise.
October 02 · Meghan HealeyThe place is ok. The design looks a bit cheap. But maybe that is just my personal feeling.
March 20 · Nicolas JacobiWorked on the second floor. There are phone booths but were near upstairs construction and bathrooms so you could hear the noise. Lots of public seating as well. Location is easy to find and convenient.WiFi was pretty fast and worked fine for video calls.Friendly community manager. Would go again, perhaps trying the other floor if it’s available
September 16 · Elisa LouIf there's a star below zero, that's exactly how I would rate. I decided to change my regular WeWork spaces and try something new. Bought the daily pass to check the place with a hope to spend a day working there and ultimately move to upgrading to their offices. Unfortunately my experience was a pure disaster. I walked in at 9:50am, left at 10:47am. The receptionist was rude and sarcastic, definitely felt unwelcomed from the moment I walked in. When I asked where can I sit she said "I placed you there", pointing to a few miserable chairs. I then asked her about other types of memberships such as dedicated desks and she had no clue about cost and what each entails (lockers, etc). Didn't even move from her chair, sitting all the time, definitely didn't even bother to show me around. She then told me that they have two other floors above and when I said I'll go to check those out, she said NO, I placed you here, again pointing to the miserable chairs. So I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and set on the "assigned" chair. Right next to me there was a woman who obviously came there to waste time chatting and laughing loud with her friends on zoom call telling them how she came in a cowering space to "get away from home" because they were installing oven and she didn't wanted to deal with that and left her husband deal with that, laughing like a lunatic. And here's me trying to do some work! I gave her a look few times with a hope that she'll figure out that this is not Starbucks and instead she continued to laugh even lauder. At the same time you have the receptionist giving an extremely welcome tour to a guy who she obviously found attractive and was hoping to get a date and literally showed him the entire place explaining in details what type of membership he can have. They ended up going on the other floors ... I guess he was "allowed and assigned", even tho he was only a walk-in (didn't even purchase a pass unlike me). I paid $35 (WeWork is $29 and can't even compare everything they offer to you for that price range. With an above and beyond customer service).I left super fast and went across the street at WeWork. Miserable to the core.
