The previous property manager was amazing, personable and actually cared about dealing with people like humans. Beware of yearly increases as no one here explains what's changing and they send you the automated lease to renew with 10-14% hikes, especially as the building is coming out of rent stabilization. Other people have mentioned the elevator situation so won't even go there. What an absolute mess. The plus's: the doorman and staff, they are great.

I love the staff here and it feels like homeUnfortunately putting a 1 star for poorly updated elevators that constantly go down. There’s only 1 working elevator, so if you’re looking for a building with dependable and quick elevators, look elsewhere. This really affects your day to day where there’s long wait times to get to your apartment and overcrowding.December 2024 update: In the last 2 months, I’ve gotten stuck in the elevators 3 times where the fire department was called twice.
