When we first met, he connected me with a variety of legal and accounting professionals to help me evaluate my real estate plans. Michael stayed in touch with me for a couple of years while I figured out what to do. Once I decided to sell, I had a few brokers to choose between but knew Michael would be the most ambitious and dedicated agent based on our past interactions. My feelings were confirmed when he executed a successful marketing plan which included a nice video showcasing our home. Michael brought me multiple offers for my apartment in a very challenging market. To top it off, he brought me a great bottle of wine to celebrate! I've recommended him to other property owners in NYC and highly endorse him as a gentleman and great real estate agent!

Each time, he and his team were a pleasure to work with, despite the fact that challenges arose each time (just life, having nothing to do with the Meier team!). Michael has the most positive and upbeat attitude combined with an extensive knowledge of the market, so we were able to put our complete trust in him. When we purchased, Michael coordinated a few small design projects so that we could market our apartment to renters, which we were able to find quickly. For our sale, given the complexities of selling in a COVID environment, Michael and his team staged our apartment in a chic and inexpensive way, which added tremendously to their robust marketing efforts. They turned an empty apartment into a “must have” and brought us a cash buyer in very little time. Every interaction was professional and friendly and, most importantly, Michael never pushed us beyond our comfort zones, so that we could buy and sell at prices that made sense to us. Five years prior I had a terrible experience purchasing the apartment. The prior seller's broker and attorney were incompetent, uncommunicative, and borderline unethical. They made it very difficult to get the deal finished. Fortunately, when I met Michael he seemed like the direct opposite. He was accommodating and well informed. I appreciated that Michael took the time to visit other similar apartments on the market, so that he could better advise on a listing price. The entire process was seamless, and Michael introduced me to an attorney I used in the sale as well. Recommend highly.

He even sent me a video after our meeting reiterating why he loved my apartment and thought we would make a good team. It gave me the opportunity to see his face (We wore masks during our meeting due to covid) and see that he was fluent with technology and video marketing. I was concerned about hiring a broker because my last experience with an agent was not a positive one. But Michael really did a great job guiding me through the process and staying in constant communication. Michael brought me an all cash buyer within 4 days of listing.
