Valet Service: A premium offering that simplifies parking and vehicle access, a highly sought-after amenity in Manhattan.
Garage Parking: On-site parking provides a secure and accessible option for residents who own a car.
On-site Laundry: A common but essential service that adds a layer of convenience for residents.
Building Maintenance: Proactive and responsive management to address service requests and keep the property in good condition.
While some tenant reviews mention occasional issues with management and maintenance, a positive review from a long-term resident noted that management has been proactive in resolving issues and that service requests are addressed quickly, indicating a commitment to improving the resident experience. The presence of a 24-hour concierge and a dedicated management team underscores the building’s aim to provide a high level of support and service for its residents.
In addition to the services, The Marc provides a variety of amenities and features that contribute to a luxurious lifestyle. These spaces are designed for leisure, fitness, and community, allowing residents to enjoy a range of activities without ever leaving the building.
Fitness Center: A convenient on-site gym for residents. A past review noted that some machines were in poor condition, which is a point worth considering, though another resident mentioned that the building is well-maintained.

The high level of transit accessibility also makes commuting a breeze. However, it is also important to consider some of the feedback from past and current residents. Reviews from some former tenants mention issues with the cleanliness of the laundry room, the condition of the gym equipment, and some difficulties with management and elevator wait times in a tall building. On the other hand, positive feedback praises the friendly concierge staff, the magnificent views, and the proactive approach of some management members in resolving issues. The varying perspectives highlight that an individual's experience may depend on specific circumstances. Ultimately, for a New Yorker seeking a home that combines an unbeatable location with a full suite of amenities, The Marc presents a compelling option. The building's features and services are designed to offer a higher quality of life, and for many, the benefits of living in such a well-positioned and amenity-rich building outweigh the potential drawbacks.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Concierge staff here are very friendly! Loved the Rose and Rosé event. The views are magnificent, especially if you have the Hudson River view. You get to see the cruise ships docking at the ports and all the planes and helicopters flying up and down the river. The management has been proactive about resolving issues and service requests are addressed quickly.
July 02 · Ronnie GI would not recommend living here. i lived here 4 years so i feel like i have a good perspective. the neighborhood can be noisy but thats what you get for living near times square / hells kitchen.1. Shabby interiors, broken down work out machines, gym in poor condition. There are only 2 elevators that work most of the time, so good luck waiting in line for a 45 story building.2. Front Desk- Some are terrific! Mason is the man. Unfortunately, a lot of the front desk staff are rude or just dont care. Ive had a lot of packages lost or damaged which i dont really get whats going on back there.3. Management team- nickel and dime you on costs.4. Laundry room- filthy. Often had people take out my laundry and dump it on the floor. Really not a good, well run laundry room. there should be a sign in sheet.5. price, there's much better elsewhere. i moved to the UWS and got a better building at a better price, which is not hard to do considering how bad the marc was.
September 02 · Karl Von DingeBuilding staff from concierge to maintenance team really shine at Marc, always very kind and polite. It’s not easy managing several hundreds of units with such diverse tenants, each with their own needs, and while there have been some issues in the past, these have generally been addressed to help keep the building to high standard.
July 29 · Alex PotierI've been here for a year so far and the Management team and the receptionists will do anything to make your living space great. You can truly count on them when you're in need.I'm grateful for everyone and all the help bestowed upon me.They upgraded the lounge with new furniture, even more comfortable.💯💯💯💯
August 01 · The Chosen OneThe building is nice , very nice amenities and nice size apartments. The only thing is some maintenance workers only like being polite to white people and if you “look” like you don't belong , they refuse to say hello or speak to you. The front desk men Sam and Chris are the best ever and deserve all the tips at holiday time. The building will do cute events in the lobby sometimes where they serve guest alcoholic drinks and food. Another con aside from some of the maintenance men , the elevators break down often and there are very long wait times for the elevators. If you are rent stabilized in this building they will do everything to evict you so they can sell the apartment to someone else at a higher price.
