Great address, great reception, great individual office space, nice vibe, I could go on and on.The physical set-up has been thought out by someone who has actually put some thought into it! It works like and flows like an actual office. Clients are received by a wonderful receptionist in a business-like manner and seated in an appropriately business like reception area. (One space I looked at had this reception area/waiting area almost sitting on top of the lunchroom/coffee room so clients could see people eating while waiting.)Offices are very roomy and well appointed; and the prices are more than competitive. Items that are "nickle-and-dimed" in other rental space leases are included in the total lease price quoted for the space you are considering. Each office comes with some conference room availability included, which is unheard of elsewhere! Every office comes with a TV included. All services offered are well maintained and upgraded appropriately. Systems are rarely (almost never) down. Problems, if they arise, are addressed as soon as is feasibly possible by a friendly and helpful staff and owners.The common space is lovely and well maintained. Star Bucks coffee is available at all times as is ice machine and cold water (machine). Internet is available in the coffee/lunch room as is a large TV with new running regularly.I am continually thrilled that I stumbled upon this space when I was looking. I cannot imagine moving elsewhere!
