Seriously, it was very bad! I found bugs, cockroaches, mouses almost every single week in my office unit, there are mouse traps everywhere, I don't know what really happens here but it was absolutely disgusting. I was afraid of staying by my self after hours which did not help my office productivity. The worse is the color of the carpet is gray from all the dirt, I requested multiple deep cleaning services as soon as I moved but it never happened.

Cheapest large-building, non long-term, 24/7 access, private office space in Manhattan.This true DESPITE the fact they advertise a ridiculously-low non-Available $600 monthly price to bait you in.I paid $790 for the tiniest space- was very tough to close the door with one seated client inside. BUT NO COMPLAINTS- it is Manhattan.NOW THE UGLY:Why mention the $190 difference?Because it adds up... you pay several months before move-in...AND they keep 1/2 month after moving out...WITHOUT telling you up front! And this is where they cross over to the SCAMMER side:(btw No electronic payment capability, no ach. And credit or debit card only one time as a courtesy.)A. RETURN OF DEPOSIT:Expect it on the 90th day after last month expires, not a day sooner. This coincides with the law, within 90 days.BUT...they tell you "by next week I'll have your check from the main office". Meantime a bunch of manager no answer/ not in for days + cockamamie excuses and problems in their other properties keep stringing you along until miraculously on the 90th day the check has arrived. To add insult to injury, you're given a short window to pick it up- or risk having to wait until another few days later.BUT EVEN WORSE: I gave 32 days notice AND paid the last month(always paid a couple days early) AND vacated the space/returned all keys and passcards17 days early AND donated some office gadgets I didn't want to carry out AND cleaned out the space myself.I received my deposit 17 + 90 = 107 days after I moved out, minus 1/2 month...in addition to non-refundable initiation fee(the latter was stated/written up front).ANNDDD...the tenant prior to me had vacated almost a month early AND never came back for his deposit.B. PHYSICAL PREMISES:Overbuilt & crammed...narrow hallways a sign.Very thin walls and false cork tile ceilings means "everyone CLEARLY hears everyone else"- not just adjacent, but down the hall.BUILDING THERMOSTAT another problem: EVERY DAY during BOTH summer AND winter it's BOTH too hot AND cold. Whatever the season you have to alternate a fan and wearing a coat or a small space heater and short sleeves/fan.
