I have been a tenant in several of Coutinho properties buildings including 305 E. 95th St., Manhattan, NY to 257 Valentine Ln., Yonkers, NY , 317 E. 75th St., Manhattan, NY. 240 East 52 street Manhattan NY , All of the buildings I lived in have had heat and hot water problems had a large amount of mice and rodents. Have people doing renovations, and making large amounts of noise, making it impossible for someone to live in the building , Coutinho Properties apparently have some type of deal with city of New York, and the city of Yonkers. That If you complain nothing happens, I would not recommend live in any of Coutinho property building .
