The super here is very disrespectful, he does not like to to do his job, work done in the apartment is either not done at all, done wrong, or just not completed. It is very very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the office. I spend weeks calling before I get a call back. It’s a great apartment but management and the super here have to change their ways or get another job. This is very unfair for your tenants. Shame on you.

Families who live for many years and pay below market rent are facing different types of harassment from Fisher Associates LLC managers and Jhon.Unfortunately many families have left and those apartments are rent stabilized. These apartments are being rented to Dominican families who are from the same country as Jhon (superintendent) and Kenya (assistant manager). The majority of Fisher family buildings located in Jackson heights are managed by Fisher Associates LLC and the superintendents are Dominican. I feel discriminated. Sadly Our building and neighborhood is not the same
