In the vibrant and fast-paced world of New York City, finding the perfect place to live or work can be a challenging endeavor. The city's real estate market is known for its complexity, diversity, and ever-changing landscape. For both seasoned New Yorkers and newcomers, navigating this market often requires the guidance of experienced professionals. This is where a trusted real estate agency becomes an invaluable partner, helping to simplify the process and connect you with opportunities that match your needs. 9300 Realty is one such agency, serving the New York region with a focus on real estate rentals and sales. This article provides a comprehensive look at the agency, offering insights into its services, location, and overall role in the local real estate scene.
The role of a real estate agency in a dense urban environment like New York is multifaceted. Beyond simply showing properties, these agencies act as knowledgeable guides, providing critical information about neighborhoods, market trends, and legal procedures. They serve as a bridge between landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, ensuring that transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently. With a deep understanding of the city’s unique housing stock—from classic brownstones to modern high-rises—a reliable agency can make all the difference in a successful property search. By offering a range of services from property listings to lease negotiations, they become a central resource for anyone looking to make a move in the city.
For those interested in exploring the opportunities 9300 Realty offers, understanding their foundational services is a good starting point. They are known for their work in both the residential and commercial sectors, catering to a diverse clientele with varying needs. Whether you are searching for a studio apartment in the East Village, a large family home in a quieter neighborhood, or a retail space for your business, an agency like 9300 Realty aims to provide a tailored approach to your search. Their presence in the local market is a testament to their continuous effort to meet the demands of New York's dynamic population, offering a human touch in an often-impersonal process.
Their work extends beyond mere listings. A professional real estate agency is often involved in the entire lifecycle of a property transaction. This can include property management for owners who need assistance with their investments, or providing advisory services to individuals and businesses looking to invest in New York's real estate market. The sheer volume of transactions that take place in New York City means that having a dedicated team to manage the paperwork, showings, and negotiations is not just a convenience, but a necessity. By focusing on both rentals and sales, 9300 Realty positions itself as a comprehensive resource for a wide array of property-related needs, solidifying its place in the local ecosystem.
Location and Accessibility
One of the key factors for any business in a bustling metropolis like New York is its location. 9300 Realty is conveniently situated at 740 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, USA. This address places the agency in a highly accessible and central part of Manhattan. The Broadway corridor is a major thoroughfare, making it easy for clients to reach the office from various parts of the city. The location is well-served by public transportation, including multiple subway lines and bus routes, which is a significant advantage in a city where many people rely on mass transit. Its proximity to major neighborhoods like Greenwich Village and the East Village also makes it an ideal spot for those searching for properties in these popular residential areas.
In a city where accessibility is paramount, 9300 Realty's physical location is a notable highlight. Being in the heart of Manhattan means they are never far from the action and can easily arrange property viewings across different boroughs. Furthermore, the agency has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is an important feature that ensures a welcoming environment for all clients. This commitment to accessibility reflects a broader consideration for client needs and convenience, making the agency a more inclusive option for the community. The centrality of their location also allows them to maintain a strong pulse on market trends and inventory, which is crucial for providing up-to-date and accurate information to their clients.
The strategic location on Broadway allows 9300 Realty to be a physical point of contact for clients, an important aspect in a business that often requires face-to-face interaction and trust-building. While much of the real estate process can now be done online, the ability to meet with agents, discuss specific needs, and review documents in person remains a critical component for many. This physical presence adds a layer of professionalism and reliability that digital platforms alone cannot always provide. It allows for a more personal and customized service, which can be particularly reassuring when dealing with a major financial decision like buying or renting property in New York City.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1SLUMLORD, WHO STEALS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECKS. I read other reviews here and our experience is almost identical. Under the direction of the STEVE CROMAN who served jail time for his activities as a landlord, his entire staff is complicit in running this actionable business practice. They never return the phone calls. Everyone just gives you the run around and evades their responsibility to the tenants. Despite the number of complaints and the horrendous condition of the building's basement at 380 E 10th Street, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The shop front we rented for our business constantly had issues. See the photos, you will understand. We moved out in January at the end of the lease. It's been 3 months and we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. We know it is against the law to withhold a security deposit more than 2 weeks after the expiration of the lease. We made an appointment with the Attorney General Letitia James' office this morning, to once again report this villainous business practice. DO NOT RENT FROM CENTENNIAL PROPERTIES. EVER. PERIOD.

April 27 · Hiroyo RuizYou'd be wise to not rent at with this company formally known as 9300 Realty and now as Centennial Properties. Owner (Steven Croman) is a crook who has served significant time for mortgage fraud, harassment of tenants, bribing a judge, and more. Just Google Steven Croman if you want to be entertained or horrified by his criminal history. They bait you with 'No Fee' and other incentives. Once they have your money and tie you to a lease - good luck getting out unscathed.

February 13 · Bigphun666Management for their apartments is the worst I have ever experienced before. When you need help with something in your apartment, they take forever to reply or, mostly, they just ignore your request. They use chemicals to clean the common areas and don’t bother to tell their renters about it until you notice because you’re having trouble breathing. You need to pay your monthly Rent before the 4th of every month or they will charge you $100 fee. However, you can only send the payment by mail and they leave the statement in your door the first day of the month. The apartments look renovated but after a couple of months everything start to fall apart since they use the cheapest utilities. Avoid the headache And scam with this company!

July 09 · Ser LatinasIf I could have given this management company 0 stars, I would have. Now known as centennial properties. Save yourself the time and do not rent from them. They will not attend to any issues you have or respond to any phone calls/emails. They’re also over priced. We had 2 fires in the boiling room, were without heat and hot water multiple times through multiple winters and the maintenance men did their best but they are over worked and under paid. Management never cared about any of it. When told about the fire they said “we had to stay in the office late to make sure it was addressed” - while we were all outside in the winter with no place to go and we were the ones that called 911 and got it addressed.
July 19 · karly neussDONT DO IT!!! Just don’t do it! I read the reviews and ignored them and paid the price. While living in the building it was constantly one thing or another. The place was falling apart, and because they over booked our super it would be weeks sometimes before things got fixed. When our ceiling was leaking water from the bathroom above, the fix was to put thick cardboard up there. I could have done that. It looked like a frat house and didn’t fix the leak or water damage. When we found evidence of a mouse, it took over a month to send an exterminator, which is against the law and very frustrating. We moved out, and now a month later we STILL haven’t received our deposit back (also against state law) It took several emails to even get an update or response, and it was only after I copied the only somewhat helpful person at that company. They then told us the checks were issued on the exact date they are required by law to have back to us, (CYA much?) thinking we would really believe that it took 15 days for mail to go 1 mile in NYC. HA! I can’t tolerate slow to an extent, but lying and covering up things is completely unacceptable. Not to mention, it is nearly impossible to get people to call you back or respond. Save yourself the trouble and go with another reality company!
