It's a safe building that is well maintained and the current management is responsive to any concerns that may arise. There currently seems to be a lot of young entrepreneurs moving in and starting their businesses- tattoo parlors, hair and nail stylists, vintage furnishings, artsy clothing and gift shops... The area is nice too with lots of good dining choices.
