Rick is an amazing realtor! He is accurate in his assessments of the market, gives excellent advice for getting ready to show the apartment and has wonderful photographers and videographers to portray the property accurately but in its best light. He is creative in his listings and in our case he actually had access to alternate possible floor plans and kitchens with renovations on our co-op line to help buyers envision possibilities. Rick gives great support with both the selling and the getting ready to sell process including having access to contractors to help with small fixes and issues in a timely way when getting ready to list the apartment.Rick is personable, friendly, professional and also wise to the pitfalls of real estate with his years of experience. He listens to the needs of his clients. He can handle the pricing, getting ready to show and the busy process of showing the apartment and sorting offers beautifully. He understands the issues with NYC co-ops really well.We could not have handled the whole process of selling and moving after many decades living in the co-op apartment without him.In short, Rick is the best!
