Unfortunately, after the 2nd year of the pandemic, the annual increases went above 25%, which became unacceptable to stay with those type of rate increases.Lastly, our floor neighbor was abusing his partner, which all of us had reported him to the police and management a few times since we heard the loud shouting and crying from the apt. Management did nothing to get rid of this neighbor or to make the rest of us feel safe. At these rent prices and lack of action from management, it's ridiculous to expect anyone to stay.

Maintenance requests were fulfilled almost instantly. Prior to moving in I read some older negative reviews about pests (cockroaches). Can confirm that building is very clean, and I did not see a single pest inside or around it.

September 13 · KytkaQuiet and spacious. Good to have a large park in front of the building. A little bit too far away from the subway station. Pet friendly. The gym is not included in the amenities and need additional membership. The building was built more than 20 years so the amenities are not like the luxury building nowadays. Residents look polite and nice. Overall, the building is good comparing to the price.
