Terrible company. I had to move out of this building after a year. Sam, the landlord is a master of deception; he does not care about tenants.I lived in apartment 4B and the guy next me was from midnight until about 7am. It was like having roommate as the wall dividing my studio and his was made of thin shiro and there issues with the doors which created an unbearable noice.
