I'll start with the most important thing: he sold my house at asking, which we both weren't counting on. My apartment was listed at a number we expected to get 2-5% under. He got me asking.He also didn't cut corners. When the first round of pictures didn't come out right, he came back with a new photographer and did it again. When my apartment didn't sell immediately, I offered for him to lower the price or offer more commission to a buyer broker, which he said he would keep in his back pocket. But his experience and conviction showed and he never used either of these things. He eventually got my apartment into the New York Times and also a bidding war. He encouraged me to be patient and not take the first okay offer, and eventually we sold for asking. I can't imagine every broker keeping calm with an anxious client like me and still focusing on achieving such a great outcome. I really couldn't give a more glowing recommendation.
