August 22 · Justin HimpI was at the 1133 6th Ave, New York, NY 10036 building, concierge literally walked me out the building saying I couldn't stand in the lobby cos I was there only to make a delivery. I asked him why I couldn't stand there given there are seats in the lobby and a couple of random people were seated and waiting... he couldn't give me any answer. I was told to go stand outside ( in an over 90 degrees heatwave) in a no-dogs-allowed-in-the-building kind of tone just cos of the mere fact I was there as a courier? If this is your company policy then it is very terrible and downright dehumanizing. I'm genuinely curious if you treat your employees also with this level of contempt or is it just reserved for courier workers? Do better!

They lack professionalism and courteousness. They’re very rude and they don’t care about the tenants. So why should anyone care about them? I’ve missed so many section 8 inspections because of Randy. This is ridiculous.
