My experience has been of an organisation that is very sneaky in trying to take money at every opportunity without consent. Their primary tactic is late payment fees where they do not give you any notification of a failed payment or ability to settle a debt. I had one experience where the correct card details were on file and an additional credit card was on file and they still scammed me. Another time they sent an innocuous email (it looks like a chain mail so you ignore it) saying you need to re register card details due to security issues but give you no warning before your penalty charge.Avoid this company at all costs. It says something about the way they view their customers that this is part of their business model.

As I stood at the desk, the security guard kept looking down instead of addressing my concern for SEVERAL minutes. He looked very annoyed, as if I was aggravating him on his vacation or beach day. Furthermore, when he finally returned my ID and sticker-the security guard DID NOT give me information on the elevator directions or floor level. This low work ethical security guard was the only person who WAS Suppose to have afternoon duty Between 1:10pm and 3:45pm. PLEASE PROVIDE UPDATED TRAINING FOR THIS SECURITY GUARD TO SHOW a pleasant mood and give necessary details to patrons. I would appreciate his supervisors to bring this review to his attention for job improvement.

To make matters worse, their negligence in properly contacting the customer resulted in me being slapped with hundreds of dollars in unjustified late fees. It's outrageous that a company of their stature fails to fulfill the basic responsibility of informing customers about payment concerns. Their disregard for proper communication has cost me a significant amount of money and showcases a complete lack of professionalism. Regus must be held accountable for their negligence and compensate customers for the financial losses incurred due to their incompetence. Stay away from this company!
