Yet, behind its historic facade, it offers a thoroughly modern living experience. The residences are thoughtfully designed with spacious layouts, high-end finishes, and an abundance of natural light, offering a stark contrast to the often-cramped spaces found elsewhere in the city. The Broad Exchange Building Reviews
Terrible building, poorly run. Classic hot-headed super that will raise his voice at you. Exchange place is home to about 80 dogs and doesn’t have a drain - it REAKS every day, so bad it could make you gag in the summer heat. Buyer beware.
May 04 · Derek AlvarezI have lived in several luxury apartments over my years in New York City. The Broad Exchange Building ranks at the top of my list. The staff is outstanding, the facilities are first rate. The apartments are elegantly constructed, and the building is an historical landmark. Who could asks for more.
February 15 · Jon OmerThe Broad and Exchange Place building is a very unique place to live. What makes it especial in my view is their team members at the front desk and the rental management. Prior to pandemic it was fun place with their amenities such as roof garden, Gym, Game Room, pool tables, ping pong table, TV lounge room etc. During pandemic it has been a place that is managed by Covid19 protocols. One last thing for me to share with anyone or any family who are going to rent there is that folks who work there, people like Ornel (Rental manager) , Sal, Bryan, Joe, Fernando, Edwardo, Moses, Abraham, Ben, Michael, Mikhaeel and every one who maintain the building and provide services to the tenants at The Broad and Exchange Place Building. I share this from my over 5 years stay there.
