Beware -- Spaces/IWG are an absolute nightmare to deal with and engages in sketchy billing activities. I signed up for a 12 month virtual office agreement with this location. It has been nothing but an massive inconvenience the entire time, and I'm only five months into my contract.My agreement was to pay $127/month for a virtual office and mail collection. It seemed like an okay deal for my situation as a business owner that doesn't need a physical location but doesn't want to use my personal address for business-related things.The first issue is that I have somehow received zero pieces of USPS mail. I chose to switch all my important addresses to my home because Spaces is clearly not receiving/collecting my mail. I use the exact address I was told to use. The one UPS package I had sent there took 30 minutes to locate even though it had just been delivered and I knew who signed for it.My second issue was that they weren't charging the card I had on file for my monthly fee. Mind you, I put a card on file on day one for that exact purpose. They didn't alert me that my invoices were going unpaid until I got a super sketchy email that looked like a phishing attempt (misspellings, lack of dollar signs to indicate values, no zeros or periods in dollar amounts, strange sender email) saying that I was in collections for the unpaid amount. It took days of back and forth to get it straightened out and I was only partially refunded for the late fees.The third issue is that they applied a $30/month "mail forwarding" service to my account two months into my 12-month agreement. I never signed up for that and nothing was being forwarded to me, they don't even have my home address to send something to. I've had to contact them on two separate occasions to get the service removed and refunded. Then they tried to charge me an additional $9/month to collect my mail when the original service I signed up is called "Mailbox plus" meaning I get the virtual office with mail collection.The manager I've spoken to several times does tend to get things handled but his attitude is always semi-demeaning and he's never once apologized for anything. I'm sure he deals with this stuff non-stop, which must be embarrassing for him.This might be the absolute worst "service" I've ever signed up for and I can't wait for my 12-month contract to be up. Don't be like me, find a different company to use for a virtual office.

Pretty cool workspace with modern decor designed for the entrepreneur in mind. I heard that it was a bank many years ago and Spaces Fort Greene kept the vault as part of their decor which is cool.They have the first and second floors for their business. On the second floor, there are several small offices with doors that provide privacy if needed. There is also an open space with seatings with a large window that brings in natural lighting and all of that good ole vitamin D.Let me tell you about the rooftop which is awesome. They have a rooftop lounge area with a small seating area but the view is amazing. It's a pretty good idea to be able to de-stress by just relaxing here without a care in the world. I definitely would love to spend a few hours to regenerate myself. The place is pretty large so they should implement more seating to accommodate the space.

I do not recommend entering into business with Spaces or Regus for short term office rentals. They are very aggressive with their sales tactics - once they reach out and tell you what you want to hear. After that - it’s radio silence in terms of support or billing. Their membership fee is a scam and is deceptive and difficult to cancel with a 30 day notice. If you want somewhere to work for a week, you’ll end up paying for 2 months of their service - a total ripoff.

***Small business owners, beware and avoid this space.***While the facility and staff at this location are great, Spaces/Regus/IWGPLC engage in predatory practices. If you decide to move out, they will automatically charge you a restoration fee equal to about 70% of your monthly rent, without ever inspecting your space to see if there are even any damages. This fee is simply imposed as an automatic charge. Additionally, they will hold on to your retainer (equivalent to two months' rent) unless you specifically request a refund. Even then, good luck getting it back—requests to the account Helpdesk will go unresolved, with them claiming they are "investigating" the matter for months. It's been three months since I moved out and still no refund. Judging from some other reviews here and on Reddit, this is a typical practice for Spaces/Regus/IWGPLC. Save yourself the trouble and find another office space.

Very bad experience. The man at the entrance is not friendly at all (though the woman is very kind). There’s only one shared phone booth, the coffee is terrible (and costs $1.50!), and there’s no cafeteria or snacks for purchase. There are 2 open spaces, but one closes at 4:00 PM. I strongly do not recommend.
