I, the buyer, inquired about a property he listed for sale in Brooklyn and when he called me back, he didn't have any information on it, kept telling me to go to Brooklyn MLS to find property details, kept interrupting me and then had the nerve to hang up on me- what a gentleman! he deserves zero stars. I am a young first time homebuyer, striving to be great and I wouldnt have known about grants or where to start without him. It was a lengthy process but Jean kept me in the know. If they are stupid enough to think they will get a sale based on that kind of phone call, who would want them for a real estate agent.? definitely not a very smart person....beware and find yourself a truly qualified broker not a bottom feeder who has no dignity but to harass unknown people into giving them sales.
