As an apartment owner, we pay fees on maintenance statements to Lovett every month. Lovett has placed a bogus charge(s) on the statement and charges us a late fee for every month we do not pay the bogus charge. Eugene Gardner & Ken Lovett, of Lovett/The Lovett Group do not amend the situation despite e-mails dating back far. Lovett has increasingly been demanding higher late fees on our monthly statements in this constant effort to cause us distress over their continued extortion attempts every month.If you have the same experience, you need to contact the Attorney General of NY.
