They notified me that their 1740 Broadway location was closing and gave me the option to move my mailbox to 1325 Avenue of the Americas. I terminated my agreement accordingly. Yet, despite the location shutting down and their inability to provide services, they are STILL trying to charge me for services they cannot deliver. This behavior is not just unethical—it’s fraudulent.Their shady reliance on automatic renewals, which are unenforceable in NYC without proper notice, shows they operate more like scammers than a legitimate business. Regus thrives on misleading customers, hiding behind fine print, and preying on those who don’t fight back. This company has no transparency, no accountability, and no regard for the trust their customers place in them.Do yourself a favor: run as far away from Regus as possible. They are nothing but greedy predators exploiting their clients. This has been the single worst business experience of my life. Regus doesn’t deserve your money, your time, or even your consideration. Shameful, dishonest, and disgusting!

There’s a building manager here that likes to humiliate the security guards that protect the building the woman is a white blond fat person Karen type. If you’re a security guard go find work someplace else. A lot of security guards have quit because of the poor treatment and disrespect. And at $16 dollars and hour you should be grateful people are coming in to work at all. Stay away from this building.
