December 18 · Diego CelisDO NOT RENT with Equity Apartments. They are unethical using software to artificially inflate rental prices. Each year your apt renewal price will be raised by 10-15% but at the same time listed online at lower prices.They will deny you the lower rental rate. They raise listed prices on the weekends when most people look for apartments and lower prices during the weekday.The front desk people do nothing allowing non residents to enter the building. There are mice in the apartments.

The touring process was seamless and made our apartment hunting trip worthwhile! Rafael in the leasing office was super easy to talk to and happily answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend booking a tour.

It took them awhile to fix a leak in bathroom and the end result was the picture I posted. If I did not have a gym membership I would have had a place to shower/ clean up that was safe from debris and mold. Now that have moved out I was grossly overcharged for a cleaning fee since I did not choose their service and a paint fee for a scuff on the lower wall. Great location but management is terrible. For that reason I suggest looking elsewhere.Update: 12/15 they have not returned my security deposit and it’s been over a month.
