★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Kings and Queens Apartments is not a good place to move into .. My mother lives in one of their building.. She calls me every day crying and complaining that the elevator is down so she has to take the stairs to the 6th floor.. My mother is in her 60s now she has back and knee problems due to this place and in winter they don't give heat so my mom has to wear sweaters in her own home Also she has to put plastic on her windows every year because of the cold air coming in.. She has called the office asking if they can give her a bottom floor and they said they don't do this.. I never heard of this before I know the landlords and office do work with tenants if they are unhappy or if their health is getting worse.. They ask if she is looking elsewhere to move and to keep looking.. They are very rude on how they speak to my mother... Who says to keep looking elsewhere??? There have been many times where my mother calls and leaves messages no one calls her back or they just hang up on her... The people that she has spoken to and who are rude to her don't even try to help her at all are Jessie, James, and many more... If you are thinking about moving to any of their buildings please do that! Stay away, they do not care about the tenants they only care about the money...
July 13 · Ruthy AlonsoManagement doesn’t care that their buildings are filled with criminals stealing all the packages left in unsecured places. They won’t install cameras pointing towards where packages are left so we can see who’s stealing packages.Buildings are full of roaches and mice. You’re paying $3,000+ to live in the projects. It’s unbelievable. The landlords are greedy…. But that’s not surprising.
August 22 · CRI'm very grateful for the speed and professionalism, especially to Jesse. The process for my leasing was stress-free. I was surprised by how quickly they work . Thank you so much. Team Lefrak City Leasing office.
July 22 · E BBrussels 98-01 67th Avenue, Rego Park, NY 11374Don't rent from them, the landlords don't care you leaves with roaches and don't fix things. Management never sent me an exterminator and the super is very rude. ..When they supose to repair my A/c, they gave me old a/c as a loner. They never came back for with a new a/c. The loner cuased my fuse to break and they use screw fuses. They want over $2500. to listen to the Long Island Railroad all day, roaches come in the apartment and they don't fix things. Kings and Queens overcharges on apartments that should be priced under $1000.If you could move the south were it's cheaper and get a $1200. rental one bedroom with a kitchen, bathroom that big with washer and dryer included in the apartment and keyfab entry.
July 23 · Scott Weinfeld❗️1640 Ocean Pkwy. 🚩Never move in! Overpriced, no heating, no hot water and weak pressure! Especially the alcoholic super who does nothing, they only throw out trash and pretend to work. Requests sent to the site are marked as completed.
