I had a very valid question on my lease and not only did she NOT provide an answer or clarify anything, but she said "you can take your lease to your lawyer to explain to you how a lease works." I have never "worked" with anyone so rude and disrespectful and she still could not answer a very simple question.

Their customer service is outsourced so they have to send requests to the main office. Their fobs are also uncopy-able and my door only auto-locks. If I have to wait a week to get a new key at least let me copy the one I have left.

Changes are already being made to the common areas, and Shannon and Maureen helped me take care of issues I had in my apartment. I’ve been living in the building for 5 years now and they have been super responsive and helpful with getting my appliances up to date and giving my bathroom the refresh it needed.

May 13 · Andrew GlazerI have lived in a Hubb building for quite some time (6+ years I think) and each year is worse than the rest.You get a key fob, that is for the building and your front door. You can install another lock, but you have to pay for a new door if you leave and take it. Also if you get locked out it is a disaster! If it is after hours, they send a locksmith with a universal fob and you're charged 280 bucks! Also, they can open your door from their office, which is scary.Issues are rarely if every resolved on try one.I had a mice problem-took 4-5 visits for it to be fixed. (about 3 months total)My washer dryer wasnt working took 4-5 visits to fix. Also it leaked so much it warped the floors. (almost 5 months)My dishwasher has been broken for a while, 2-3 visit still not fixed. (1 month)The elevator goes out at least once a month.Your packages WILL get stolen, a lot. I know this is NYC, but it is someone in the building and management refuses to do anything about it.They brag about a nice outdoor space. But they charge a ridiculous $200 fee to use it and it is only open in Summer!If you ever have to call the office, good luck, it is a system they farm out, I believe to India that handles all their calls.I live at 344 E 85th. So i can't speak for other buildings. But as far as this one goes, it is over priced, under serviced and not worth it. Much better options in the area.Like another review said, they don't care about you, they care about your money. Ignore the fake 5 star reviews, they are all paid or bots. Notice, how they all have only written 1 review?Also as so many people have stated Monica is so rude and not at all helpful.
