The Watergate needs help. Looks good on the outside, rotten on the inside.I was extremely disappointed. I have stayed at the Watergate on many other occasions prior to the new ownership and renovations. However this was not the quality and hospitality I was accustomed to. I was shocked. Front Desk crew was the worst, one gentleman was bordering on being racist. He treated me like I was invisible. No one ever answers the phone for service. I had to go back and forth from my suite to the lobby, then wait. to get anything done. One of the bell persons was terrible. If he worked for me. He would not. I am so disappointed. I really loved this venue for many years. What a shame. I am going to share this with everyone that will listen. I can't believe I paid 3000.00 for this experience. Lesson learned.
