July 01 · Alvaro BahamonWe had a really lovely relationship with our landlord until this company took over. They don't answer their phones or emails, they don't maintain tenant leases so they are always mischarging you, we no longer get pest control and worst of all he refuses to turn on the heat in the dead of winter. He will let the radiator run just long enough to turn on and then turn it right back off. Worst experience I have had in NYC with a landlord.
January 16 · keyrollos ibrahimAbsolutely the worst management company ever! The ground floor with patio at 302 West 107 had a party Sunday night (4/23) that lasted until 3:30 AM. When I say party, there was very loud music, girls, screaming, laughing. Even with the windows shut you could hear it. I called the management company and I got the after hours operator the man was completely incoherent and inept. I’m not sure if he was drunk , I have no idea. In any case, the party lasted until 3:30 AM. Apparently those people do not have to work. I emailed the management company and no response. I file a form with 311 and forwarded it to them no response. Next time, I’ll just call the NYPD and complain to 311 again and hopefully they will either receive a fine or control their tenant(s).June 18Yet another party on a Sunday night until 1am. Look at the buffet they left for rats, loud, disturbing and disgusting. Management or Super really need to do something.
June 19 · HeatherRented with this real estate company for 1 year. I couldn’t wait to leave as the apartment I was residing in (the bronx, east side). The apartment was renovated but don’t let that fool you, it was mice poop everywhere, I could hear things scruffling in the walls at night, there was holes hidden in the radiator, I was scared to even go home. The worst part of it all was at the end when it was time for me to leave and they renewed my lease when they never had documentation that I signed a lease renewal, I mailed back the paper saying that I was NOT renewing . They even sent me a new rent slip while I was already moved out! I spoke to so many people from this company, called so many times and each time nobody had answers or knew anything. Such incredible disorganization. Only rent with them if you’re desperate. If not keep looking!Who knows if I’ll even get my security deposit back or the breakdown their just terrible! 😫
November 07 · Delores McKinleyTHE WORST!!!!!I filed complaints to get my floor & window fixed since DECEMBER! I called, emailed, filed a complaint on the portal & nothing. It's now been 7months & I've heard nothing back! I'll leave up to the city to deal with them now!DO NOT RENT from them!
