Management has recently imposed stricter restrictions on where dogs can go — no walking through the courtyard, no being within 50 foot of the building, no standing in the lobby for too long, and more — pets are essentially expected to be invisible which makes it so upsetting.If you have a pet, be prepared to pay $4,000–$5,000 per month just for them to tell you it’s costing them more in maintenance.The apartments themselves are okay, but the pet policy makes it very difficult to actually live here with a dog. If having a pet matters to you, I would look elsewhere.

I can truly say, the building team is the best, especially Max and Evan at the door and Abraham leading the crew. Requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the building is well taken care of. Move out was a seamless experience. I especially appreciate the attentiveness of the staff now that I live elsewhere, and appreciate how well the apartments are made for rentals. Great place in Williamsburg!

Since moving in I've been very impressed by all of the building staff. Maintenance, doormen, etc, everyone is super friendly and the building stays very clean and well maintained. We had one maintenance request in our apartment so far and they were here and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours
