Despite multiple attempts to contact both the building staff and the management company, my calls and emails have gone mostly unanswered. On several occasions, I was told a check would be sent with two-day tracking, yet no such payment has been provided and or tracking number. I’ve even had to rely on building staff just to get any kind of response, which is unacceptable for a professionally managed property. The Manager of 21 Chelsea continues to lie to me and say the check is being sent every other week but cannot provide tracking. He also continues to ignore my emails to management and my texts to his cellphone asking for an explanation as to why this check has not been sent.If you're expecting responsive management, reliable service, or simply the return of your security deposit as required by law, I strongly advise against renting here.Update: I got my deposit back on July 15, 2025 after having to constantly contact building management to send.
