Every time, I’ve had to drop everything and stay home to prevent a full-blown sewage flood in my apartment.Imagine the pure, overwhelming smell of shit filling your entire apartment, seeping into your belongings, and lingering in the air. That’s what I’ve been forced to live with, three times in the past six months, while management refuses to implement a permanent solution.Their entire “plan” is to snake the drain every time it happens, instead of fixing the underlying problem that’s causing the backups. This is a luxury high-rise, but the way they’ve handled this health hazard is nothing short of a disgrace.This situation has been emotionally devastating. I live in constant fear that I’ll come home one day to a kitchen flooded with raw sewage, soaking everything I own. I'm scared to even take a vacation or couple of days away from this apartment without that fear hanging over me.If this is how they handle a major health and safety issue, one that’s entirely their responsibility, imagine how they’ll handle any other issue you might have.Save yourself the trauma that they have put me through the last 6 months and just avoid this building if you are looking to come here.UPDATE: June 1st : Happens again for the FOURTH time and this time it did overflow and got all over my floors....UPDATE: June 8th: Problem still persists and nothing has been done.

This was our first time living in a luxury building like this, and we’ve felt so taken care of from day one. The management team, especially Sabrina, has been kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. We’ve made so many great memories here, from summer afternoons at the pool to rooftop BBQs, and early morning workouts in the gym. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.
August 04 · Alex CenterIf you plan on living here with family and children, be warned that management, over two years, has ignored dozens of noise complaint emails about our neighbor who has a small clubs worth of speakers in their apartment and blasts music at odd times throughout the week. We’ve complained, begged in emails to not be ignored, and end up having to send 6-7 more emails before anyone ever responds to us. The neighbor will be quiet for a week and then back to pretending they live on a farm somewhere with nobody within miles of them. It makes it incredibly hard for our daughter to fall asleep, to work from home during the day, or to even enjoy a nice Saturday morning at 9:30 after a long work week because the neighbor finds it appropriate to play club music. The building management has failed time and time again to handle it, for TWO years, and countless attempts through email and filing noise complaints at the front desk. If you have a child, and are going to spend 5k on an apartment and want peace and quiet at least one weekend out of the month, this isn’t the place.
