She never submitted my offer to them and when they didn’t buy the property and she listed for a new even cheaper price she kept telling me they have offers and to bid higher but when I got a another agent to call and speak to the actual owner - turns out no such events occurredOn top of that she was extremely rude on text and phone when she choose to respond when questioned were askedShe also provided incorrect information on the property .So unless you want to be lied to, scammed and deal with the attitude . I would avoid .Skip them and go to Sotheby’s . I have sold two and purchased four properties in the time it took me to get a callback from Howard Hannah’s agents

Collins represented me on the sale of my home as well as the purchase of my new home in Scarsdale and I can not recommend him enough!I was incredibly impressed with his strategic approach to reverse engineer success in each of my transactions. His proactive, pre-listing marketing was unlike anything I’d seen during my time in the business and he was meticulous about staging my home to maximize its sale value. I was able to sell my place and simultaneously move to my new home seamlessly.P.J.’s earned his reputation as an incredible negotiator but he also did so many little things to go above and beyond for us like replacing a screen door my landscaper damaged an hour before a scheduled showing.I highly recommend him for anyone with real estate needs!

It’s long but worth a read, I promise.Let me be explicitly clear - we absolutely LOVED our experience with our agent. We’ve developed a personal relationship with her and we truly love her. We were struggling to find a place and once we signed on with her, the ball was rolling immediately. She was truly our saving grace.Howard Hanna Realty on the other hand…I don’t have any nice things to say. Our agent left the company in the middle of her employment and began work with another group. Her transition on our end was seamless and we were thrilled for her.However, we continued to receive emails from Howard Hanna Realty, claiming to be from our agent who no longer worked for them. This happened a number of times. I know she reached out to ask them to stop, but they continued to come. We were not upset that we were being spammed - we were (and are) upset that HHR would be so disrespectful to do such a thing. It’s corporate, it’s weird, it’s rude. Our loyalty is to our agent, not HHR.Our opinion of HHR was in no way affected by our agent - she remained respectful of the company amid this issue. Our opinion of HHR was formed on our own. They seem fake and like they don’t care about their agents or their clients.Our agent — who supported us personally through our home buying journey and wanted to see us through to the very end, not because it’s her job but because she truly cares about her clients as people — was not allowed at our closing because she left HHR. If she came, she would’ve been penalized. That just tells me this company does not care about its clients or its employees, just the money. I have no respect for a company like this. Between that and the continued emails claiming to be our agent, I can say for certain that I will never again work with or recommend this company to anyone. We will however recommend our agent to everyone. I made the decision to move from NYC to the suburbs and the only thing I knew was that I wanted to live in Westchester County. I am a single Mom with a 3-year old daughter, and I had no idea what town would best fit our needs. P.J.’s knowledge of the Westchester market helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. PJ’s best attribute was that he actively listened. He went way above and beyond what is expected of an agent. P.J. helped me narrow my search to a few neighborhoods then drove me around those neighborhoods (separate cars on speaker phone being safe from COVID-19) showing me the distance from the houses to the train station, school and playgrounds. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. P.J. treated my daughter and I like family and you can tell he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. Working with an agent you trust makes the experience so much less stressful. I would recommend P.J. to anyone.

Not only did we get through the process in a very short period of time, but when my lawyer stood up at the closing table, she declared it had been a perfect transaction! That was entirely due to the work P.J. did on my behalf. He made phone calls, followed up on everything, and was always stepping in to make sure I got the best treatment and deal possible!He was available when ever I needed anything or had any questions.
