She was attentive during the tours, and at first I thought we’d built a genuine rapport. After narrowing down to a few options, my partner and I disclosed that something might get flagged during the credit check. I asked for guidance on how to navigate this, and Elisabeth told us to apply anyway.We were serious applicants, with a combined income that met the stated requirements and savings equal to two years of rent. Once our application was denied, however, Elisabeth disappeared. I had to chase her for answers, and the “option” she eventually gave was half-hearted at best. After that, there was complete silence. I even went back to the leasing office in person during business hours, only to be brushed off and handed a phone by the concierge, rather than being able to speak to anyone face-to-face.Such treatment, after investing time, energy, and transparency in this process, is not only unprofessional but also dismissive. It made me feel like the connection we built meant nothing once a denial came through.The buildings are attractive enough, and the amenities are fine, but the leasing process is rigid, impersonal, and offers little to no communication or courtesy if you don’t fit their formula perfectly. Prospective tenants should know: you can be honest, financially capable, and serious about moving in — and still be written off without so much as a real conversation. And let’s be clear, this is while overlooking a location with a substantially higher crime rate than the citywide average and no walkable grocery stores.

The application and moving process was easy, online for the most part and if we had questions were promptly responded to. Our moving process was smooth and made more so by Xavier in the management office. Always quick to answer questions and help us out. The staff is friendly and responsive as is any maintenance issue. (we've only had one). The grounds are lovely, I hope we see more green space as things develop in the area. Very happy here so far

We are looking for a place to live for our young child me the waterfront sounded like a great idea but not with the amount of trash, people drinking during our tour in the morning. The apartments were outstanding, but we were mostly interested in living close to the waterfront.
July 17 · Laura MorelloA beautiful property that has great amenities, wonderful views and more units on the way. While there is still a lot of construction going on, one of the three buildings is done. The completed building houses lounges, a outdoor patio equipped with BBQ grills and out door seating.The game room offers a shuffle board and a video game (didn’t look which one).It’s a great property but it will be a few more months till all the buildings are completed and the construction stops.
