Go above 7th floor if you can and you will have nice open sky. Penn station area is being revamped so this building is positioned to do well in the future. I also like just right amount of amenities here. Recommended!

I am very satisfied with this building because of flexibility and friendly atmosphere our concierge are making. They bring us security and safety, also comfortability twenty four seven. In addition, this apartment is managing the trash completely so that I can spend time being comfortable. I absolutely recommend you this place!

The management team is very attentive and staff is very stable with virtually no turnover rate. Response speed is also very fast, strongly recommend!
