We wanted to love this office space but unfortunately we quickly realized that there was no customer service and overall very poor management. We just suffered from having no internet in the building this week and no compensation is offered for the inconvenience. Instead, they refer to their "terms and conditions" every time we make a request or they choose to ignore them.You will not be treated as a customer here, you've been warned! We will move to a new co-working space just like all the other companies around us so don't be surprised if you see many empty spaces when you visit Spaces.
September 01 · Joseph AppertStay away from this company. Regus transferred my virtual office to Spaces. This would have been okay had Spaces actually provided the one service I pay for — accepting my business mail. It failed to this, which I learned about as correspondence went missing and was returned to sender. I tried repeatedly to reach a human being about this issue and about an absurd 50% late fee, which was the result of Spaces failing to carryover the auto payment I set up, and which they refused to waive. It was nearly impossible to get a number where I could contact a human being. When I finally did, I was told I needed to call a different person, but before I could get that contact information the line went dead. I was never able to get the correct contact information so I moved on to a new service. I then started receiving daily collections calls from Spaces to get me to pay for the service Spaces never provided me. I now know where they put all their resources: strong-arm collections tactics aimed at coercing you to pay for nothing. If only they would allocate a fraction of those resources to providing an actual service to their customers.

What exactly does the center look like? Why are the owner upload images posted in May of an atrium in Amsterdam? Low rating for confusing.
