They're good at apologizing, but when it comes to admitting their mistakes or offering any kind of compensation, they vanish.Oh, and expect to pay to do your laundry ($3.75).If you think the rooms are well insulated, think again — you can hear everything happening in the upstairs neighbors’ apartment.Avoid at all costs!!!
