I asked more than 4 times and kept getting the run around.Residents are charged off the wall charges for transfers if their lease is over. Staff is not properly trained. Regional does nothing but yell at you, talks down to you. I have witnessed two PM’s cry over her cruel behavior. They implemented a new system and gave 30 minutes of training then left you to it.then if you did something wrong you got punished. The HR things still blows my mind. I also had sick time and vacation time and asked to use it and the PM didn’t. I asked why and she kept giving me the run around.Then when I quick and questioned this I got the run around again.Oh and when you finally get healthy insurance after 2 months I still did not get my insurance cards. I sent a msg to the place it directed me to and never got a response back. You have to wear VERY hot clothes even in the summer time. It’s awful. Other staff members constantly did things and never got in trouble at all. Never work for a company that treats you like a number is gives you the run around when you ask for HR. And I was asking for my own personal things going on.

April 27 · AJ WalkThe Republic Apartments was a property recently acquired by Sentinel. Unfortunately I had a choice to make because I worked at the property under its previous management. I chose to stay and watched as Sentinel moved in and began their Scumlord activities you've come to know and experience from them yourself firsthand.The management specifically is the worst. Consistently feigning ignorance. The maintenance is nonexistent. The elevators--broken.One thing all staff and property of this building have in common is this : they don't work.Today, I start a new chapter of my life having been wrongfully terminated by your company. I'm grateful to move on and watch the fire from a distance.
December 19 · Shane CAirdrie at Paoli Station is the dirty little secret of Sentinel Corporation on the PA mainline. 1. Simple requests are scoffed at. Luggage Dollie’s dirty and all wheels are wrong size and THEY DON’T WORK. [Having a medical issue and being told by management “no time to correct the problem!!!!”]. 2. The pool deck is filthy, so much so that people don’t much use it. Management said corporate refused to provide any money for gas for the power washer! “Wait for rain!!!” 3. There are calcium deposits running down the sides of the pool from no water treatment. 4. My apartment STINKS. STINKS! STINKS!I requested a new air filter, management said “in November”. 5. There is trash including papers, used bandaid on the ground at the front door for weeks. No one walks the property or has pride of ownership or custody. 6. I have no hot water. Requested HOT WATER. It was turned up so superficially that 18 hrs. later it is still, no hot water!!! They forgot to turn the unit on. It’s SENTINEL’s DIRTY LITTLE SECRET ON THE MAINLINE. 7. Landscaping in the actual pool and relaxation area (where the dirty pool deck is) is missing. Few flower boxes filled, no mulch (so dirt runs onto pool deck) shrubs not trimmed. But nice landscaping where non-tenants can see.Maybe corporate could start a Go Fund Me for Airdrie the Dirty Little Secret on the Main Line. I want an air filter and an HVAC check. I DEMAND an HVAC check for my health. I want HOT WATER. Is that too much to ask for $2000+/mo? A clean building, clean air, working trollies, HOT WATER and a mid level staff that knows how to get things done when concerns are related at their inspections. That pool deck was soo dirty you could write DIRTY AIRDRIE IN MUD…. but then magically, it rained.What is the salary of corporate VP moguls? Surely they can kick in some personal money for gas for a power washer, air filters for CLEAN air circulation, hot water, carts that work, a few flowers and how about a little respect for the tenants. NYC isn’t too far away, come visit the Dirty Little Secret on the Mainline, AIRDRIE. Bring care, bring some attention and concern, bring your checkbook.Oh, have you heard about the mice? Another tenant can tell you about that while you are visiting. And I’ve only been here less than a month.
August 24 · Paula Ballet DancerSentinel purchased the apartment building I live in a year ago and completely turned it into a joke. Airdrie Paoli Station. The entire management/ maintenance team for the building had been involved in scamming tenants and were fired. The entire staff. And they live in the building. Fighting eviction, still… It’s been 4 months of rude rotating temporary staff and unfulfilled promises. The only recent good reviews are from themselves. They are running the place into the ground.
