This is the company that is slated over the building I live in. The management office is absolutely not equipped to handle residential complaints. The receptionist Livi has no idea what she is doing. Never has any answers about dates and times pest control shows up for extermination. Just gives a day and you have to just put aside your entire day for someone to show up late in the afternoon. People have lives. Instead of posting guidance in the building that says exterminator will show from 8am to 4pm just say he will come at 3/4 pm like I had to dig out of the receptionist. I’m not saying it’s Livi’s fault, her office of work failed to prepare her to man the desk. The contractors are doing there own thing, whatever it may be it’s not my problem. I have a toddler here and there are roaches in the refrigerator and all over the apartment coming from the holes in the bathroom ceiling and outside the window. I’m just trying to make sure the apartment is habitable for the children living here. Its been two weeks already since reporting. It’s absolutely frustrating calling the place that’s slated to assist with that and no one knowing when or what is going on or is standard operating procedure. Playing with peoples time is not Professional.
