This property manager is trying to evict my roommate and I after we signed a binding lease until 2026 that we've consistently paid rent for. They failed to tell us that they've voided this lease and that we need to pay significantly more to resign by end of August. They claim that we've been renting month-month when we have been in a binding lease. Unfortunately we are taking legal action through 311 as we've tried to get in contact with L Rose but they are unresponsive to our emails, calls, and texts. The only time this property manager was responsive was when we initially signed the lease and they went dark.On top of that, we had a dishwasher leakage that took 3 weeks for L Rose to service until our floors became warped. Additionally they messed up the building ConEd numbers causing tenants to overpay bills and pay for the wrong units. L Rose refused to take responsibility, so individual tenants took action with ConEd and it took over a year to correct.Please keep a copy of all documentation and calls with L Rose.

They asked for a good faith deposit (which is ILLEGAL in new york) and they literally took us through the ringer on an application that we were so excited about and then just completely stopped responding when I demanded a lease to see and sign before sending thousands of dollars to them. They've been super sketchy to work with, I will never rent from them. Lesson learned, luckily before anything worse happened, but seems like the other reviews concur. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a poor review. This is my second month of renting with L Rose. Maintenance requests take an exceptionally long time to be fulfilled - if they ever do get fulfilled. For example, I went most of last month without a working oven, despite several maintenance requests. And now it’s been 3 weeks since our buzzer stopped working, prohibiting package delivery. The staff is kind, but they are not super attentive to their tenants’ needs. Would love to update my review in the future! Until then, I wish management would really shape up

If i could rate this company less than 1 I would! I started renting an apartment from them this summer and have had nothing but troubles! They don’t do anything they said they would do before move in and still haven’t. It take forever to get any maintenance request done and even when you try they send you three different numbers to call and either don’t respond or send you through this big loop hole. Never even spoken to my landlord and no one will tell us who to talk to, they have you spinning in circles.Would never recommend renting from this company!

Worst apartments in NYC dont move there to that to yourself. over priced poor design and cheap materials building and the neighbors are even the worst. Plus this agency never answers they don’t care about you and they will not care about you so don’t waste money on this trash hole
