This place is a dump. Rented a room for 5 people for a deposition and the room was big enough to fit comfortably 3, but they insisted that was their 5 person room. The printer didn’t work our first day of depositions and the front desk girl gave us attitude about it. The second day of depositions, it fixed but she wouldn’t tell me how to make an account to print the documents so she had to charge a $19 admin fee. When she gave me the documents for the $19 fee they printed out of order and she blamed it on being “a machine”. Will never book this location again.
June 06 · Alex SoiferIf you need help from your community manager and they are not around, there's nobody else to help.Regus conveniently doesn't have customer help number so there's nobody to call if you have urgent issues of any kind. You'll likely be waiting for a few days for a reply via email through help desk ticketing system which has no customer facing tracking portal so there's now way to see status of any request. Communicating with help desk team is again only via email and can be days between replies. I was told several times by several reps issues would be escalated. Still waiting for some to be resolved.

It's very clean, bright and I heard it is one of the very few Regus offices that is quiet. It really should be given five stars if the front desk was kept the same. Unfortunately the front desk being loved by the tenant was gone and the substitute is nowhere close to the old crew. The new office manager was on her private phone all day long talking to her friends and/or families. I heard quite some complaints from the tenants. Hope Regus can have the issue resolved sooner.
