After spending a month looking for an apartment and talking to countless brokers who wouldn't give me the time of day, I was SO relieved when I contacted Theresa and received a response within minutes. I was able to view the apartment on the same day, which is where I met the incredible Amelia. Wow, what a difference it makes to work with a broker who is so real and human.
