This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a property. There is clearly no upper management, and control over there properties. I have tried to call corporate for days and will sit on hold for hours.

They WILL NOT fix anythingYou’re treated horribly by their Brooklyn associates. They raised the rent $300 per month. We pay our own electric but our hot water is supplied by them. They have the electric & gas disconnected every 3 months because they refuse to pay their gas & electric.

But when I got here the vanities were not done and the manager Beverly promised that they would be put in within two weeks...I still do NOT have them. The whole time I've lived here I have done temp. Jobs just to pay my rent, lights, gas and food...and I was out of work more than in work. I have had a hard time paying close to $8]0 which is too.much for theses apartment (Quinta Villa) and they are near the projects and everyone is getting very angry because some people's rent is going up as high as $925...that is mine and others are still renewing their lease and the blinds are falling down.in other people's apartments and glass is broken out with yards that are trashy. Everyone here lives on Section 8 and Food Stamps but me and 2 others and that's not fair. The washers stay torn up, the dryers most of the time blow cold air, and the swimming pool is NEVER open!!!I refuse to move because my apartment is the best looking onside and clean and I have used 2 gallons of Home Defense bug spray and the roaches are overtaking the place still because of how nasty most of these people are. Today they came and sprayed and we are paying money to get our apartments sprayed and they come in the kitchen and do 2 squirts of spray and 2 squirts in the bathroom downstairs and they leave. They NEVER spray upstairs and I am SICK of it. I love my townhouse but I'm being charged what they pay to live on the beach. My rent has been $788 a month and I barely pay it. I live alone, in my 60's and I have always dreamed of living in a townhouse. But there are no plugs in either bathrooms and so much more I could tell you but you want your money but raising my rent to $925 and others are still paying $700 & $800 a month is just wrong. But people told me the manager has her favorites ...but if I don't get my vanities and things don't change plus my rent stay the same...we are getting up a petition and we are calling tomorrow the Crestview Housing Authorities to see what is FMV for rent here. I tell you we live in the slum part of Crestview and you want me to pay over $900 ....NO WAY!!!. I will be calling you too. Because I am not blaming you, the new Company I'm blaming the manager here and the old Company.

Oh they do not communicate unless they are needing a payment! Do not move here!!! They don’t deserve any stars but it was the only way to leave a review!!!!
