Quest Realty Group Introduce
Navigating the real estate landscape in New York City can be an experience full of both excitement and challenges. For many, finding the perfect place to call home, whether it’s a temporary rental or a long-term purchase, requires the guidance of a professional who not only understands the market but also prioritizes clear communication and fair treatment. This is where a brokerage like Quest Realty Group enters the picture. The firm positions itself as a partner in the real estate journey, with a focus on providing a range of services for both residential rentals and sales. In a city where listings can move quickly and competition is fierce, having a dedicated broker who is responsive and knowledgeable is crucial. The company's emphasis on offering "customized services" suggests a commitment to tailoring its approach to the unique needs of each client. Whether you're a newcomer to the city seeking a rental or a long-time resident looking to buy or sell, Quest Realty Group aims to provide a reliable and comprehensive solution to your real estate needs. They work to streamline the process of finding or selling a property, offering a range of services that are designed to simplify a typically complex transaction.
Quest Realty Group is located in a vibrant and historic part of downtown Manhattan, making its office accessible for a wide range of clients. The address is 278 E 10th St, New York, NY 10009, USA. This places the firm in the heart of the East Village, a neighborhood known for its rich cultural history and diverse residential buildings. The location is central to many of the city's popular residential and commercial areas, providing a strategic base for a real estate agency. The East Village is well-served by public transportation, with several subway lines and bus routes within a short walking distance. This high level of accessibility makes it convenient for clients to visit the office for consultations. Being situated in a neighborhood with a mix of historic buildings and new developments also gives the firm an on-the-ground understanding of the local market dynamics. While one review points to a negative experience with communication regarding listings in the Riverdale neighborhood, this review should be considered in the context of the entire business. A firm’s location in a centralized hub like the East Village offers a geographical advantage for exploring properties across a wide range of neighborhoods in Manhattan and beyond, making it a key element of their business model and a convenience for their clients.
Quest Realty Group offers a variety of services centered around residential rentals and sales. While a full, detailed list of their services is not publicly available, the provided information highlights several key areas of expertise. Their focus is on providing a comprehensive real estate brokerage service, catering to both tenants and property owners. The services provided by Quest Realty Group include:
- Customized Services: The firm works to tailor its approach to each client's specific needs, ensuring a more personalized real estate experience. This can be crucial in a market where a one-size-fits-all approach often falls short.
- Home Rentals: The agency assists clients in their search for residential rental properties, helping them navigate listings and secure the perfect home. This includes handling the complexities of rental agreements and application processes.
- Properties For Rent: Quest Realty Group manages a portfolio of properties available for rent, providing tenants with a direct line to listings and simplifying the search process.
- Real Estate Brokerage: As a licensed brokerage, the firm acts as an intermediary for both sales and rental transactions, providing expert guidance and legal compliance throughout the process.
- Residential Rentals: They specialize in the residential rental market, offering dedicated services for those looking to rent an apartment or house in New York City.
- Rentals and Sales: The firm handles both rental and sales transactions, providing a complete range of services for those looking to either lease a property or buy or sell one. This dual focus allows them to serve a broad range of clients with diverse needs.
A key feature of Quest Realty Group is its commitment to the brokerage business, providing services for both rentals and sales. However, a major highlight from the public reviews provides a concerning counterpoint. One review, which is repeated, details a highly negative experience from a prospective renter with a last name of "Lopez" who felt their repeated inquiries were ignored despite having excellent qualifications, including a high credit score and a stable job. The review alleges "racial profiling" and a complete lack of responsiveness. This feedback highlights a significant potential issue with the firm's client-facing communication and suggests a concerning lack of professionalism in how it handles inquiries. This is a crucial piece of information for any potential client. While other reviews for affiliated entities mention positive experiences with agents being responsive and knowledgeable, the provided review specifically about this firm points to a serious problem in client interaction and communication. In a city where a broker's reputation is everything, a lack of responsiveness, especially when linked to such a serious allegation, is a major factor for prospective clients to consider. The review is a direct reflection of a specific client's experience, and it is a powerful piece of a potential customer's decision-making process.
For those interested in contacting Quest Realty Group, the firm is reachable at its New York City office. The address is 278 E 10th St, New York, NY 10009, USA. The phone number provided is (212) 473-2600, and a mobile number is also listed as +1 212-473-2600. It is important for potential clients to use these contact points for inquiries. Given the review regarding unresponsiveness, it would be prudent for anyone interested in the firm's services to make multiple attempts at contact to gauge their responsiveness directly. The availability of both a landline and a mobile number offers multiple avenues for communication, which is a positive sign for accessibility. However, the substance of the review should be weighed carefully when a prospective client decides to reach out. The first-hand experience of the reviewer, who felt ignored despite meeting all qualifications, is a significant data point about the firm's client service and communication practices. For anyone considering their services, direct communication is the best way to determine if their experience will be similar to the one described in the review.
What is worth choosing about Quest Realty Group is a complex question, given the conflicting public information. On one hand, their business is a recognized real estate brokerage that handles both rentals and sales, which provides a comprehensive range of services for a diverse clientele. They offer residential rental services, which are a vital part of the New York City market. However, the provided review points to a deeply concerning and negative experience with a lack of responsiveness and an allegation of racial profiling. This is a very serious claim that should not be overlooked. In the competitive and fast-paced New York market, responsiveness is a non-negotiable trait for a real estate professional. When a prospective client with excellent credentials is ignored, it reflects poorly on the firm's professionalism and customer service standards. While other companies with similar names may have positive reviews from clients praising agent responsiveness and negotiation skills, the specific review provided for Quest Realty Group at this location is highly critical. For a user in New York, where finding a reliable and trustworthy broker is paramount, this information is essential. The potential for a frustrating and unhelpful experience, as detailed by the reviewer, makes a strong case for a prospective client to exercise caution and consider other options. The firm's stated services are relevant and valuable, but the negative review about its communication and professionalism is a significant factor that a potential client must take into account.

February 18 · Myrna LopezIf only I could give a zero star…He’s a horrible broker and does bare minimum. My apartment application was already approved and somehow I didn’t end up getting the apartment even though he said he was going to pick up the lease tomorrow afternoon. A broker should not have poor communication skills and he clearly failed in doing his job.
